At Folicello we think of everyone, young and old, and dedicate to them a line of nutritious, remineralizing, preservative-free non-alcoholic products made from our organic grape musts.

The grape juice

A real grape juice made from the soft pressing of our healthy, well-ripened grapes. Our grape juices in fact, they consist of 100% fresh must and produced during the harvest to ensure an intact product of the highest quality. Naturally sweet non-alcoholic, with no added sugar or water, pasteurized to ensure preservation without the addition of preservatives.

Uv’è

Our organic grape juices to which we add carbon dioxide to achieve a delicate, fine and persistent perlage. Available in the three versions white, red and rosé for non-alcoholic toasts, as a substitute for a carbonated drink or as a sweet base for cocktails.

The Bacchus line:

an alternative to wine without compromise

A new No/Low alcohol product line is born at Folicello! This is not a dealcoholic wine but a new non-alcoholic organic fermented product that does not undergo the invasive processes of dealcoholization.

Our fresh organic musts, innovative fermentation and a dash of madness are the main ingredients of these new whole, genuine and inclusive products. This special fermentation takes place thanks to lactic acid bacteria and yeasts naturally present on the grape skins and imparts Bacchus with a distinctive flavor complexity, emphasized by fermentative aromas.

All production steps are carefully attended to in order to keep the freshness and nutritional values of our musts intact. No sulfites, preservatives or flavorings are added. We do not use products of animal origin in the various processes, so we also self-certify these products Vegan.
