UVA naturally and exclusively UVA, the ingredient in our UV’È Sparkling Grape Juice. Obtained from quality red grapes, which are also used in the production of our wines, and which we carefully select to retain all their nutritional properties in the juice. A naturally sweet grape juice for those who want to continue to enjoy grapes without alcohol. It is sparkling because carbon dioxide has been added, just enough to make it pleasantly lively and stimulating to the palate. In order to achieve optimal assimilation, the frothing is obtained in an autoclave with a prolonged period of at least 10 days, thanks to which its perlage is fine and persistent on the palate, similar to the bubble of a sparkling wine. It remains unaltered over time thanks to pasteurisation.
This type, produced from Sangiovese and Lambrusco varietal grapes, is characterised by a brilliant garnet red colour and a light veil of fine pulp. It is sweet, full-bodied and slightly aromatic on the palate.
Like our other grape juices, Uv’è rosso is naturally alcohol-free, with no added sugar, no colouring agents or preservatives.
Perfect to accompany pastry products, for daily consumption or for celebrations. To be enjoyed as it is or as a sweet base for aperitifs and non-alcoholic cocktails.
