Grasparossa di Castelvetro sparkling red without added sulfites

Ruby red color with violet reflections and an evanescent foam of the same hue, it has an intense, fruity, and fragrant winey aroma that also recalls the scent of the grape. The taste is savory, harmonious, pleasantly winey, with balanced acidity. The semi-sweet type has an intense, markedly fruity and fragrant aroma, semi-sweet, harmonious, and very pleasant.

It is excellent as an aperitif, pairs perfectly with dry pastries and typical sweets from Modena; very balanced and enjoyable to drink even on its own.
