Dry sparkling wine Charmat method

Fior d’Uva is made from a blend of early white grapes that give it freshness and floral aromas. A dry sparkling wine Charmat method with a slight scent of almond, citrus, and orange blossoms. To enhance its fragrance and freshness, it undergoes partial fermentation at a controlled temperature and is then placed directly in the autoclave for the sparkling process and aging, lasting three months.

It pairs perfectly with appetizers, crostini, dry pastries, or as a snack.

Manual with careful selection of grapes in the field. Harvest period: late August – early September
