Folì Pignoletto DOC without added sulphites has been selected by the judges of the guide “5StarWines – The Book”…
Folì among the 14 Modenese wines awarded at Vinitaly 2018 with a score of 90/100 by the jury of experts of the guide “5StarWines – The Book”. Experts of the highest international value and specific geographical knowledge (Master of Wine, Master of Sommelier, Sommelier, expert journalists, etc.) have tasted our wine. The jury was led by Ian D’Agata, scientific director of Vinitaly International Academy, and winner of the “Louis Roederer International Wine Writers’ Award”.
A great recognition for us that we have always focused a lot on our Folì who was one of the first whites in Italy without adding sulfites. Our commitment has always been aimed at obtaining a healthy wine but above all good and of the highest quality. This work starts from the same grapes that we carefully grow and harvest at the right point of ripeness to obtain a naturally balanced wine, which tastes like grapes and fully reflects the typical characteristics of our area and of our land. Happy that this commitment has also been recognized at Vinitaly this year. With this score, Folì has been selected and will be included in the Wine Without Walls section of the 5StarWines – The Book 2018 guide.
