The taste is savory, harmonious, pleasantly winey, with balanced acidity, slightly fruity, and a pleasant bitter aftertaste. The dry type is well-made, (surprisingly!) well-structured; among Lambrusco DOC types, Grasparossa is the one with the fullest and most present body.<\/p>\n
