Fresh, vibrant, and essential. This sparkling Rosato is more than just a bubble; it is the story of the Emilian lands, a traditional craft reimagined in its most elegant form.
\nCrafted from Lambrusco di Sorbara and Salamino grapes vinified as a white wine, it is fragrant, savory, and harmonious. Its balanced acidity provides a distinct freshness, paired with pleasant floral aromas. After a gentle pressing, the free-run must ferments in stainless steel before being bottled with the perfect sugar level to complete its sparkling process directly in the bottle. Thanks to a low sulfite content, it maintains extraordinary drinkability and an evolving aromatic purity. For us, this means embracing the best of old Emilian traditions through modern enology to achieve a high-quality, fragrant, and long-lived wine.
\nThe light sediment at the bottom of the bottle is not a defect, but proof of the wine’s living nature, making every bottle unique.<\/p>\n

Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with vegetarian dishes, light main courses, and cheeses.<\/p>\n
