Uv’è – sparkling white grape juice
100% non-alcoholic grape juice.
GRAPES, naturally and exclusively GRAPES, the ingredient of our sparkling Grape Juice UV’È. Made from high-quality white grapes, also used for the production of our DOC wines. By carefully selecting them, we preserve all their nutritional properties in the juice. For several years we have been producers of fresh grape juice, but with this product, we wanted to approach alcohol-free wine, creating a drink with an appealing and refreshing taste for those who want to continue enjoying grapes without consuming alcohol. It is sparkling because it is slightly carbonated, just enough to make it pleasantly lively and stimulating to the palate. To achieve optimal assimilation, the foam formation is obtained in an autoclave with an extended rest of at least 10 days. A sort of Charmat Method, the same method used for our sparkling wines, but without fermentation, which gives it a fine and persistent perlage on the palate.
