From the gentle pressing of healthy, well-ripened organic grapes, the must is obtained, which is simply filtered and pasteurized in a bain-marie. We do not add water, sugar, or any type of preservative or chemical substance. Everything starts with manual harvesting and a careful selection of our grapes: only the best in terms of quality and organoleptic properties are used for grape juice production. The grapes are crushed and cold-macerated for a few hours to extract color from the skins. They are then pressed to obtain the fresh must, which is clarified through cold decantation and filtration. Bottling and bain-marie pasteurization follow, up to a maximum of 70°C.
Recommended to be drunk as is or diluted with water, or as a sweetener in the preparation of aperitifs or sorbets.
