Still red wine without added sulfites

A well-structured wine with a ruby red color tending to garnet, featuring a pleasant, young, intense, and characteristic aroma; with a dry, smooth, full, and harmonious taste. Traditionally vinified with maceration of the grapes and skin contact at controlled temperature. Vacuum pressing with inert gas is used in all phases of racking and bottling. Even during subsequent vinification and stabilization phases, temperature control is essential since, being without added sulfites, it is necessary to avoid abnormal fermentations and encourage a natural malolactic fermentation, which is essential for this type of wine.

Excellent with first courses seasoned with meat, roasted or grilled red meats, game, and strong-flavored cheeses.

Sangiovese (80%), Malbo Gentile (15%), Cabernet (5%)
