Still white wine

From a selection of Pignoletto grapes comes Gocce Bianche, a still wine with an intense character and delicate aromas. A well-structured wine with amber-yellow color, pleasant and characteristic aroma; dry, fresh, full, and elegant taste. The uniqueness of this wine lies in the fact that, after a soft pressing, it rests for six months in concrete tanks, achieving a high varietal aromatic intensity, a full, elegant, typical flavor with good freshness.

It is particularly suitable with delicate first courses, fish, white meats, and Grana cheese.
