Dry Lambrusco, sparkling red wine with ancestral bottle fermentation

Ruby red in color with violet reflections and an evanescent foam of the same hue, this is a fragrant, fresh wine with good structure, savory and harmonious, accompanied by pleasant floral aromas. It has a vinous, intense, and fruity bouquet, reminiscent of the aroma of the grape itself. Reintroducing a bottle-fermented wine today means reviving the best of old traditions and, with the help of modern oenology, achieving a quality wine—fragrant, more long-lasting, and with unique organoleptic characteristics. The light sediment found in bottles of this type is not a flaw but rather proof of the vitality of this product, which can give each bottle its own unique character.

It pairs well with meat-based dishes, baked pasta, cured meats, and cheeses.
